Outside of work, I love sports, including cricket, table tennis, and badminton. These hobbies help me stay active and think strategically. I also enjoy cooking and experimenting with new recipes, and traveling allows me to explore different cultures and broaden my horizons.

I gained proficiency in technology tools essential to the International Student Services department, supporting the efficient daily operations. My responsibilities included processing student documents, managing delivery logistics through UPS and DHL, and maintaining timely communication with students via email. I assisted in planning and executing International Student Orientation programs, which involved coordinating student arrivals, campus tours, and local trips. Additionally, I managed and created content for the department’s social media accounts to enhance student engagement and outreach. I collected, organized, and analyzed student data using Excel and Google Sheets to monitor orientation attendance, student engagement, and trends in student inquiries. This data analysis helped identify patterns in student concerns and contributed to improving the quality of student support services. I also supported various special projects as needed, demonstrating adaptability and initiative in a dynamic, student-focused environment.

I assisted with New International Student Orientation during both fall and spring semesters, coordinating with CIP staff to prepare and implement orientation schedules and activities. I supported student arrivals at JFK Airport, guiding them through campus arrival and residence hall check-ins, and chaperoned students on off-campus trips, including evening and weekend excursions. I promoted workshops and activities specifically tailored for international students to enhance engagement. My office responsibilities included answering questions, assisting students and visitors in person or over the phone, handling documents, and managing mail deliveries in coordination with the CIP, Mailroom, and other offices.
